I just recently learned how myself.

When you see a picture you like, right click on it. Then go to "Properties". Highlight the "Address", right click, and "Copy" it. Make sure you use your mouse and highlight the entire address, if you don't see something like "jpg" at the end of it, you haven't highlighted all of it. Then hit "OK".

When you make your post on the org, look at the top where it says B I U Quote List Img URL Code....Click "Img". When it appears in the box, right click and hit "Paste". This will paste the address of the picture that you copied. Directly behind it, hit "Img" again.

It took me many tries to get the hang of it.

I usually search for pictures in Yahoo Images.
