"International Feel". Oh, this song is so cool. It's like "in the future love funk". The music sounds like some shit I would have in a dream. From Todd's 1973 album "A Wizard, A True Star", this is definately my favorite Todd Rundgren song. If it's some girl I'm curious about, I always play this song in my car as a test. To see if she digs it or better yet, if she's hipped to it. If she's like "Who in the hell is this?" and her eyes are all rolled up in her head, then I'm like...through. But if she's like "Oh,...this sounds cool. Who's this?" Then I'm like..."Oh yeah, I think I can dig her. And if she's like "Oh my God. I so looooove this song. I should have known you were into Todd". Then I'm like "Oh shit, where are my colored light bulbs?" Oh, and ya'll thought P's "International Lover" was o.g.Who here digs this?

Man, that whole album's pretty spacey...I think somebody once described it as "Sgt. Pepper on Thorazine", and that was my first impression, it was definitely different from its'predecessor, Something/Anything...it took me a while to get into it -I definitely like it better now, though out of all Todd's albums, that one took me the longest to get into--but I've always loved Just One Victory, whether it was just Todd, or with Utopia... also, I Don't Wanna Tie You Down, and Does Anybody Love You?...

I love this song a lot - but it's pretty much the only track besides Just One Victory that I find tolerable on this album. Maybe I haven't tried hard enough, but that record just does not work for me.

AWATS was the first album of Todd Rundgren music I was exposed to, so I was digging this one right from jump street. There are some sick musical things happen on here. Todd was so far ahead with his concepts hat people are just now beginning to appreicate what "A Wizard,A True Star", he really is!!!I would love to for Prince do a cover "Last Ride". It sounds like something he woud've written, with that blazin' geetar solo damn....

Glad to see Todd get his props over here at the org. He's been doin' the one-man band thing for ages and he's one of the few artists who embraced computer technology and made it a part of his overall package. David Letterman loves him - he's made more than a few appearances on his show. Plus, he raised that fine-ass Liv Tyler...
