Hey Sassy, you know she's in Chicago today right?

I missed it too as well as the Dennis Miller interview. I goofed & got the timing wrong on my recorder . The good news is that the Ellen show will rebroadcast the following Wendsday on the Oxygen channel .

I love how the songs sound with just her and piano. A very generous orger sent me a nice dvd of all performances so far from US and Canadian tv. The first time I saw her perform Sleeps With Butterflies without the band I was just so touched by the rawness of her emotions that I started to cry. The interviews are great too. She's a little more revealing on the Canadian tv show, and with good reason. We SO need to work out this trade. Although I'm sure there's less and less you need from me now that you've become a Bjork fanatic.

I like the album version alot better now that Ive listened to it so much. Damien's vocals gives a warm effect to her vocals. I like it much better now that Ive let it marinate. I just think Damien's voice should have been mixed more in the background. It would have worked better as a drone effect, imo. Power of Orange Knickers reminds of Past the Mission....the way Trent's vocals were mixed. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

Exactly! That's what I said the first time I heard it. I hope it's a single.

Under The Pink. That's when I got into her too. I've been feeling that album lately. If you want something far removed from her early work, I'd say "From The Choirgirl Hotel" and "To Venus and Back" are a radical departure. She developed a band sound yet at the same time became much more electronic. If you like Bjork, you might like those records.
