I prefer the earlier episodes of "The Jeffersons" with Mother Jefferson. She really made the show for me. I used to love to hear her talk about Louise. With "Good Times", it's the opposite. I prefer the later episodes after James died and after Thelma married Keith. I would love to have seen a reunion movie about them after they got rich and moved to Lakeshore Drive. Funny you should start this thread.I just bought the Season Four DVD of "Good Times".It came out a few weeks ago.This is the first season without the father (he dies in a car crash at the beginning of this season).I think Janet doesn't appear until Season Five,which will be released on DVD later this year. | |
