Rick James just a couple of questions:
what's the deal with his albums being out of print? I know Street Songs was re-relesased and I was able to get the Anthology but what about the rest of his albums? I can't find any of them and with him dying last year surely now would be a good time to re-release them? Can I expect to see them anytime soon? Also, is that Teena Marie singing backing vocals on Big Time?

As fan of Slick Rick, I have found that your best bet for finding out of print albums is to look on e-bay or try some of those cd exchange stores. Hopefully, they will start re-releasing more of his catalogue.. I think Teena did sing back vocals on Big Time. I hope that I have been of some help.

Good luck on trying to find Rick James CDs.Most of his albums are out of print, and several of his albums have yet to make their CD debut. The only Rick James CDs that I have are...
'Street Songs' Deluxe Edition (2-CD set) 'Come And Get It' 'Cold Blooded' 'The Flag' 'Urban Rapsody' 'Bustin Out: The Rick James Anthology' (2-CD set) 'Anthology' (2-CD set) Luckily,I have the other albums on vinyl, but it's still a shame that they're not on CD.Classic albums like 'Bustin Out Of L7' and 'Throwin' Down' are BEGGING for a CD release. It's a damn shame that Motown doesn't pay alot of attention to his impressive catalog.
