Starship's "We Built This City..." is as good a choice as any, tho there's a ton that could be at #1.

I'd have to add the horrific "Drop It Like It's Hot" and Usher's "Yeah"...both songs could have easily been recorded by the most amateur-ish amateur in the amateur's bedroom.
