I just saw the video for this song today


I was like YEAH! Now Im downloading it

The video is so cool, funky dancing and full of Minneapolis Funk, the song has it all and makes me WISh that todays kids (yeah kids though Im 23) would make songs like these again

Make me just love the 80's more because I keep on discovering NEW 80's songs.

My friends & I used to pretend to be them when we were little howling this song to the top of our lungs

I have the 12" also and to be honest, I found it a little disappointing. It sounded lik Rick was lazy and just let the groove play out for the additional four minutes. It's a killer groove, yes, but I think he could have done more with the extra length. At least leave in the vocals at the end of the album version. Jojo did some nice singing at the end there.

I hear that one every so often when R&B stations flashback. It's a fun one but never saw a video.

I do know what you mean. It sounds kind of like a combination of the both the vocal and instrumental versions, with the vocal version brought back at the end.

Yeah,there was a video for this song.I saw it alot in the spring/summer of 1983.It shows the four of them dancing and singing the song in a studio,mixed with footage of women eating candy in a provocative manner (it only shows their mouths).They also filmed a video for "Boys",but oddly enough,there was no video for "All Night Long",the biggest hit single on their debut album.
