prince doesn't need to pretend that he is some imaginary character out of a book for kids to feel needed and to cure his "loneliness".
Prince isn't weird, he's just very specific and caters to him and his needs. He only lives inside his special little comfort zone/space that allows him to stay arrogant. MJ on the other hand, is always looking for a plastic surgery procedure to help him feel better in his comfort zone/space surrounded by little admirers. in all seriousness this is a bit of a sad thread.
its as if all that michaels done and accomplished has been for nothing, just because of some changes. yet princes changes or flip outs on makes him misunderstood or a temporary jackass. that being said i have this 2 say. i wouldn't call either strange, however, both in my opinion got some emotional issues. as for michael, he's a victim of his childhood and fame. and as for his face, get over it. have of hollywood is nipped tucked and thinned in one way or another. whats so diferent about michael jackson? is it that his color has changed? i personally believe he has vitiligo, BUT lets just say he did do something 2 his skin for whatever reasons. let him be. thats his decision. and IF it does stem from some sort of black self hatred why get on him for it? and if ur gonna get on the other nameless people who feel like that. Yesterday is dead...tomorrow hasnt arrived yet....i have just ONE day...

I already said Prince jokingly, but considering Prince was a grown ass man in '78 and has never endured the level of fame Michael achieved at any point in his career i see no reason for him to behave the way he does at times.
Acting like a knob in restaurants as recently as this year and ordering bodyguards into stealing digital cameras after a guy has taken photos of you in airports isn't the way to go if you want to project normality. At least Michael has never verbally denied being black, Prince pretended differently as far back as 1980. he stated he was half-Italian in 1980. what a knob. He is not blue black but not quite light enough to pass. I am sure he was getting crap from blacks and white at a early age. fare enough that you have your opinion on mj fans. but prince "fans" also have to also realise that Prince has changed a lot since he was young, he was black now he's almost white, and don't even try and challenge that, and his nose is obviously thinner. he has just been more successful and discrete about his changes whereas with mj, he went too far. i think prince fans are more touchy on this subject than mj fans are, it's almost as if prince fans can't accept that he's human. be real. | |
