- He yawned loud during Sneddon's questioning
- Sneddon said, "I'm not keeping you awake, am I?"
- The accuser said, "All I need now is a pillow Tom!"

Tom!? eek

He's also stated Chris Tucker and Jay Leno were "friends until all this happened".

we'll see.

Just looked at a poll on MSNBC.COM
& 76% of the people polled believe MJ was faking his illness today.
Wonder what the jury thinks about all this?
What did they think of the delay?
What did they think of a MJ who looked like he just rolled out of bed?
Time for some damage control.

That's for damn sure. I wouldn't be in this predicament.

exactly. i don't care if he was the queen of fuckin sheba, he brought all this pressure upon himself by hangin out with all these kids and lettin himself be victimized like this. it's totally all his own doing--you can point fingers at those who you think are out to get 'im but when push comes to shove, it's all on him.

like i said, you think a brotha woulda learned his lesson when this first popped up 10 or so years ago, but nope!

This is really funny because as yet no MJ fan on here or otherwise has replied to this comment, I've asked fans at work, same responce.. silence!, when i asked why is it only boys accuse him.. no replies. If MJ is innocent then no problem but why shit on yourself and the wonder why everyone thinks you stink, and the excuses, if you need to be in court for somethimg so serious get yourself to fucking court, unfortunately for him he is only getting sympathy from MJ fans as this thread clearly prooves. Sadly MJ's life has turned into living testament that everyone should keep a finger on reality. My heart does go out to his children though, they will have to suffer his legacy whether he is innocent or not. As a parent myself i don't think MJ has managed to create the perfect background or life for his children, the one he craves so much.

One question for Dag, how would you react if he is guilty?

,

You mean if he really is guilty or if he's found guilty?

If he's found guilty, the MJ fanatics will study the case until they are satisfied that he is innocent. Then they will claim he's innocent until they die. That is called cognitive dissonance. Or they will trot out their trusty psychology and explain why:

a) Michael was convicted because of a gigantic conspiracy against him.
AND/OR
b) Michael is technically guilty, but it's not his fault. It was just his man-child syndrome acting up again. He never got to play Doctor as a child!

Unless you have an MJ sex tape, it's unlikely that you'd ever be able to definitively "prove" to an MJ fanatic that he's guilty, at least never enough so that they'd actually believe he was. Even then I'm sure they'd dissect the lighting and camera work until they convinced themselves it was a fake.

Well I don't agree with that. But I agree it was a bad desicion. I think so too he was faking it, either he didnt want to come or like Mark said, to steal the attention away from G-boy's( giggle ) testimony. Which worked pretty well.

So, what's jury gonna think? So he doesnt take the case siriously let's send him to jail? hmm hmmm

In my personal opinion the trial is going AMAZING for Mike, and it'll be a shock for me if he's found guilty

Well you're not MJ. You can't begin to imagine the pressure he's under. Not to mention having to sit and wait while people try to dissect every aspect of your life, and let's just say not even truthfully either.

Things were going well for MJ until now, didn't Meserau destroy the witnesses credibility? I think that the pressure is more on the Arvizo family now, don't you think?

This is what I'm talking about.

MJ may be innocent, but he looked guilty when he did that documentary. Which is why he got indicted, let's be real about it.

Now, with the trial going pretty well for him, why would he decide not to show up, ESPECIALLY when his accuser is on the stand? Wheel yourself in, do whatever you need to do. The judge gave him a get out of trial free card once when he got sick. He won't do it twice, ESPECIALLY with no notice.

The jury will remember this.

Sad.

Exactly! Michael doesn't take this shit seriously.Perhaps the judge should throw him into jail for a night,to let him know that this is NO game.

you do not guys realize that the perception you have of him is based only on his fucking mistakes, which is the only thing that ever gets to us. So far I have never read anything like: Oh Michael Jackson did something incredible yesterday. And with that type of attitude, sooner or later you would find anyone insane. Cause I don´t know anyone in the world who´d be more gone after than he is or who would be more ridiculed than he is. He´s not the only weirdo in this world.
To give you an exapmle: When he made Oxford speech, all media were interested were if his leg was really broken and that he sure is faking in. His legacy was completely ignored. How pathetic!

One question for Dag, how would you react if he is guilty?

I don´t know.

Why do you "realistic" guys keep asking such questions when so far all the childrens testimony looks so freaking weak and they haven´t presented on single proof yet? Why nobody ever asks: "what if he´s innocent?" Isn´t this one of the greatest injustices." Cause can you imagine anything worse than being considered by the whole world to be pedophile and have to live with that? You all act as if that was nothing.

ANd if he does get off. I really really hope the judge gives him the advice of "maybe you shouldn't have other peoples kids around you anymore...at least not on a personal basis"

No,if he gets off,the judge, his family members, his associates, his friends and his fans should DEMAND that he doesn't have other people's kids around him anymore....EVER! This is beyond ridiculous.

He´s still talented man and it was the public who has turned him into complete joke, nobody takes anything positive he does seriously, while all the negativity of course is serious it makes him that freak we want him to be. That Oxford example that I gave proves that also.
Here ´s a nice quote from one journalist who actualy has a brain.

"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. This man is just utterly magic onstage. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

I'm not questioning his talent. I have several of his albums. But it's hard to stand behind a grown man that won't own up to his reponsibilities. "Man that can have it all." ? What exactly is all? Living in his own reality? If he wants people to rally around and support him then he needs to project a stronger image at 46 years old, instead of trotting around like the victim all the time. His stunt showing up in pajamas???? I mean come on. Have some common sense.

no. the thing is that none of us know the truth about his condition. It´s about what we believe. You can believe that common sense tells you he faked it. My common sence tells me is that he´d be the biggest idiot in the world, to risk jailtime for nothing and I don´t believe he´s not that stupid. If you do, than that´s your business.

And that having everything quote was about (I believe) him having it all during the Thriller days. Ppl had to have something to bring him down, cause nobody could be that perfect, right? So talented, so rich, so famous, so everything, no drugs, no nothing and yet NORMAL. And the proof of it is in this case. Look how many ppl LOVE to believe he molested this kid, yet so far noone has seen any EVIDENCE for it. Instead of believing in his innocent cause he was once this cool guy, they believe he´s guilty and wait for someone to PROVE them he´s not. It should be the other way round.

Dag, I think you're missing my point. I'm not saying he's guilty or not. Nor do I want to see anyone brought down simply because of fame. I'm just saying, he should get his 'shit' together. He only makes things worse for himself. He can live his live as he wishes. And I do hope he is innocent (for the children's sake). It's that each time we see him (and yes the media usually only portrys what they want the public to believe), but when we see him, he's always acting like a weak little bitch. I'm sure at some point in the trial his "sleep wear" has or will come up. The last thing you want to do is show up in it. disbelief

well, I wasn´t talking about you, but generally, that there are a lot of ppl who want to believe the charges.

Well, of course it´s not appropriate that he showed up in pyjamas, but again i don´t know. I don´t think it was intended. Well, we´ll see.

As for that bitch comment, again it´s only about what the media WANT to show you. Again, they again take things out of contest and show you him acting "weirdly" all the time. Cause otherwise what would be the point of reporting if they showed him acting "normal" - that´s not worth reporting that Michael Jackson acted "normally" today. So all we get are only those weirldy looking images that we are supposed to base our opinions on.

Note to Michael: When you are claiming to have a back injury so severe that it sends you to the emergency room, don't swivel around and wave to the few fans you have left, just like you've done everyday of the trial.
I watched the video of him finally arriving at the courthouse and he did that same turn he's done everyday. If his back was hurting so bad, he would have turned his whole body to face the fans, not just turn at the waist. Michael Jackson is the biggest liar and drama queen on the planet. His next STUNT will probably be fainting in the courtroom. No, since cameras aren't allowed in the courtroom, he'll faint outside, while he's walking to the courthouse. He wouldn't want to deny the world THAT performance. rolleyes

And stop blaming the media for MJ's psychosis. Did the media tell Michael to come to court in pajama bottoms and lipstick? No, that's how he showed up and they filmed it. MJ has no one but himself to blame for the trouble he's in right now.
BTW, is that lipstick tattooed on? How do you manage to find the time to put on lipstick, and not say to someone close by, "Hey bro, can you grab my pants?"

I don't think people want to bring him down cause he's famous, rich and so perfect...

Back in the day, people used to think that he was gay because of his very high voice and the fact that we never saw him dating some girls like his brothers...

Then people started to think he was weird when he changed RADICALLY his face (nose, hair, lips, cheekbone, eyes and I don't talk about skin colour),and behaved more and more strangely...

This is the same for every artists who look strange to the people... Even Prince was seen as a weird guy, and the public started to think he was gay...

People are always more convinced of someone's culpability if this person seems strange to them...

If Mike was seen as a "normal" black man and behaves like a "normal" guy, I'm sure that people weren't so easily convinced of his culpability...

Mike is today saw as a strange guy BECAUSE of his strange behaviours, not because he's famous or so "talented" and soperfect...

Nothing to say....
