XTC fans?

It's been awhile, so it's time for my annual post on - once again- The Greatest Band You'll Never Hear Live (Now That Steely Dan tours)... XTC...any more fans in here?

Sure, count me in, though I don't often go back to their records that often these days to tell you the truth. Skylarking is probably the most perfect Beatles tribute album of all time, Love on a Farm Boy's Wages occasionally becomes an obsession with me, and the Apple Venus records have a smattering of perfect pop songs.

Bought their Greatest Hits CD a few months back, but it got lost in the shuffle. Need to dig it out and give it a few spins.

They are one of the few bands to be consistently good/great over a 20+ year span. It would be nice if they released more music but Apple Venus 1 & 2 were great and if it takes a long time for them to make albums that are great then it is worth waiting for.
