Case

Ray Parker Jr.'s "Sex and the Single Man"

Say, is there any Orger out there who has a copy of this album? CD? MP3? I've been looking all over for a copy and have come up empty. Can anyone hook me up?

I hated this album.By 1985,Ray had totally watered down his sound in search of crossover pop success. His strategy backfired and the album bombed. The single from this album,"Girls Are More Fun",is easily his worst single ever.

That seemed to be the ongoing trend in 1985.

"Ghostbusters" was THE absolute worst.

to his credit,Ray bounced back in 1987 with an excellent album 'After Dark'.It was a remarkable return to form, without all the "pop" nonsense of his mid-80s work.
