kdj997	"RUN, CHARLIE, RUN" APPRECIATEION THREAD I just bought a turntable and raided my parents record collection and came across "All Directions" by the Temptations, I never heard the record before so I put it in and heard the greatest chorus ever: "Run, Charlie, Run. The nigger's are coming. The nigger's are coming." Man, that's a great song on an amazing record.

funkpill	OH MAN!!!! That's the jam..... I just found this album on CD..... I don't think they ever performed it live....(per Otis William)

Damn, I haven't heard that jam since the early 70's.

I think "Papa was a Rolling Stone" is on that album, right?
