I think it was this past summer though and I was flipping through stations in my dad's car (in the U.S.) and I heard Since I've Been Loving You. I got all excited and was like "They're playing ZEPPELIN on the radio! "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

I'm a fan of both, but I would have to say Zeppelin is by far my favorite between the two bands.

I don't remember what city it was in, but I remember in the late 80s/early 90s there was a station that went to an all Zepplin format! In fact, they were STRICLTY Zepplin! No side or solo projects were played whatsoever!!!! I'll talk to my friend who's the big Zep head. He'll be able to tell me the details on it. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)

Rock and Roll is about da beat and rhythm, baybee. And nobody did it any better than Jones and Bonham, especially LIVE.
Floyd? If I want to feel like I'm drinking Versed coctails. Not if I wanna rock with a rhythm section that could turn on a dime and throw down some Isleys and James Brown. And it could be legitimately debated that Page is/was a better producer than guitarist. The Beatles of hard rock. Says me. ` [Edited 3/11/05 11:23am] This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes.
