pete doherty, the libertines/babyshambles.

i think pete is a really talented guy i love both bands, material so far. i wonder if his struggle to give up the hard drugs is related to the notion he may have in his head,... that if the drugs go ,... so does the talent !!! u'id think the chance of a relationship with the girl he said was his pefect woman (kate moss) would be an incentive to stop , instead he seemed to get fuckin worse !!

i think he should be strapped into a chair and made to sit through the movie ray cool , then he'd see that yes you can be a junkie , recover , and keep the talent and live a full and long life !!! or maybe he is so self destructive he's gonna go the way of sid vicious who was actually talentless ! but death at 21 made him a punk icon !!!

i feel sorry for this guy. i hope he can clean up his act and fast but that probably won't happen anytime soon. he'll need to hit rock bottom first.
