i liked her black eyeshadow, because when she would shut her eyes, it looked like her eyes were still open and someone had sucked out her eyeballs or something.

i think beyonce has great pipes, but i don't think she has the versatility to tackle the songs they had her do. i understand that part of the concept was applying beyonce's style of singing to these different kinds of songs that were nominated, but to me, it didn't work. her french sounded awful, and those songs really don't need bouncy's melisma and vocal pyrotechnics (though i will hand it to her, she did tone it down...a bit).

she would have wowed me if she could have handled at least one of the songs with a bit of understatement in her vocals - it would have shown a versatility in her as a performer, and it would have shown an ability to serve the song instead of serving her own show-off-y desire to show everyone how many notes she can pack into every second of a song.

that said, i wish she would have sang that damn counting crows song - sideshow bob sounded AWFUL.

i guess they chose her to do that in her style.
i cant comment cos i didn't see it.

I really liked that green and orange, candy-coloured number she had during the performance of the french song. I'd wear it.

I think Beyonce was total calls last night! Now this is how she should dress more often!! She has to hide her lower half. That isn't her best feature.

If she is thinking about dressing like Kelly, then she has to workout like her! Kelly's body is amazing!
