I just got ahold of this thread today, and wanted everyone to know, I AM a Manson fan and proud of it. And there's nothing crazier about his music than most of the rest in the world. I've listened to him for months and not tried to kill anyone or myself, or anything, either.
And prolly, if Marilyn Manson got his crotch on my head, I'd never wash my head again. Wouldn't even have to be Prince. Manson's kinda sorta hot in a weird, panty-hose wearing way. And Mechanical Animals is indeed great, but personally, I like Holy Wood better...And Portrait of an American Family is right up there.. White trash get down on your knees, time for cake and sodomy!

That's funny, "Lamb Of God" is probably my least favorite track on that record. I'm more into "The Fight Song", "Cruci-fiction In Space", "The Love Song", and "Target Audience".

i watched "driven" on vh-1 about MM, and he indeed is very smart & good at marketing himself. and his music that i've heard on radio and Tv has a good sound to it, i like the sound of the music.i can't say he's not talented.
but i'm not a fan of his....he does some really sick & evil things, and i will never buy one of his CD's! i was at a dance club in 1998 and a guy walked up next to me that was MM's twin, scared the sh*t out of me! wouldn't it be interesting if MM found salvation and became a christian singer! | |
