CHANTS - A KEY COMPONENT TO CLASSIC FUNK One of my favorite elements to classic funk tracks are unforgettable chants or call-and-responses. They are not always the chorus, but often they are. James Brown, P-Funk and The Time were three of the best ever. I am going to suggest some of my favorites.
