Seriously, this dude has 3 turdburglers in the top 10!

1. Candy Shop
4. How We Do (The Game Feat. 50 Cent)

When he was on SNL this week I heard about 30 seconds of his song & skipped right through the performance. I don't listen to the radio, I don't watch videos, I have no idea what the masses are listening to these days. I just know it's crap. neutral

It's unbelievable, the stuff that gets through the gates these days... disbelief

the performance of 'candy shop' on SNL last weekend was one of the most horrific performances i've ever seen. i've never seen anyone interpret a song with such a complete and committed lack of inflection or stage presence.

In the few seconds I watched I thought to myself, "this is the laziest, most uninspired, shittiest performance ever!" headache

And he probably thought it was great lol Like, "yeaaaaa, that's my shit!" hmm disbelief

Yup, he likes to walk around and mumble a lot. What a dynamic artist.

I agree completely. But help me out - which one of those inspiring messes was Candy Shop? The one with or without the talented ladies backing him up? And I'm telling you, it looked like he was lip synching!

it was the one where he was pacing around mumbling with all the booty women in the background. i didn't see his second performance on SNL last weekend, but i'm guessing it involved even more pacing and mumbling.

in a way, though, i was kind of fascinated watching the mess that was his 'candy shop' performance. it was so devoid of talent, it almost presented itself as a new sub-level of performance art. like he was trying to show that he was so gangsta hard that he wasn't even gonna put in any effort. in a way, it was like watching a very tedious car wreck.

I heard him say "Candy Shop" in that first debacle & there was one girl on stage w/ him... I think there was only one... At first I didn't know if it was her song or his, then he opened his trap & I turned!

But you quoted Anx & said "Ur lying" - what is he lying about? And what does the gayness of his album cover have to do w/ the lack of quality in his music? lol

I'm just confused by your post, that's all comfort

i don't think so, but everyone gets turned on by SOMEthing, i suppose. his head looks so totally photoshopped onto that body on the new album cover, though. and as bundled up as he was on SNL, it looks like someone might have let success go to his belly.

i called him a liar because Iam a little crazy. Virtually everyone bashes old 50 on here (who can blame them)

But really whats up with the covers? Maybe young boys get inspired to build up their abs or something?

"Candy Shop" is the "Magic Stick" soundalike, almost beat for beat.

"Disco Inferno" is bland verison of "In the Club".

Now you're in the loop! And I watched a few seconds of SNL and it sure did look like he was lip synching to me as well.

I'm with you on that one. Actually, the second looks like a cheaper verison of the first. We can only hope that fans get confused and don't realize there is a new disc out (some insiders said the reason the Spice Girls follow up did so bad intially was becuase the covers were almost the same, but in reality, I think some people were spiced out, even though I think the second album is very good).

Huh? Both "massacre" and "get rich or die tryin'" have covers that look pretty much the same. Just thought maybe a little more imagination coulda gone into

It's not difficult to understand. I was just wondering why you were so shocked to see the "it looks just like the last one" cover, when that's all we see today.

Are downloads being counted in for his songs, or are they in the charts just on radio alone?
