I saw Taylor Dayne last night (2/23/05)

Just in case anyone was interested. I still have that clip of her singing "Still Would Stand All Time" with Prince, so she's cool in my book.

Denver, CO • Pepsi Center, Nuggets vs. Celtics game, last night.

Taylor Dayne opened the game with the "Star Spangled Banner," and then performed during halftime. She sang her old hit: "Tell It To My Heart."

It was a cool little surprise, she looked pretty good... sounded good too.

Cool, I heart her. Anastacia is just a cheap imitation.

I like her song "willpower". I listened to it yesterday.

"send me a lover" is cool too.

She performed at gay pride in columbus several years ago, (I think 98?), and sounded fantastic. She's very small in person.

She's like 5'2'' with heels on.

Without question, 1 of the most tragically underrated singers ever.

Absolutely. It's a damn shame that she has to perform half-time shows at basketball games. She's a great talent who deserves better.I feel the same way about Lisa Stansfield.

Co-Sign. Lisa Stansfield was a great vocalist as well.

Both of them, and especially Taylor Dayne, have more talent in their pinkies, thatn the lip-synching twits we're forced to endure these days.
