I've been listening to 'Bitter' alot lately, IMO maybe Me'Shell's best album. One track that stands out for me is 'Wasted Time'. Hear it with headphones, it's great!
Does anyone know who the other voice belongs to? And why does the song end so abruptly after 4:55 min? I really sounds like they cut it of in the middle off a verse....

the other voice is Joe Henry, Madonna's brother-in-law. a good singer/songwriter in his own right.

I love this album. My favorite has to be her cover of Hendrix's "May This be Love." I love the strings on that song.

I love Bitter, but this is the only track on there that I skip over every time. Every other song has a beautiful discernable melody, but this one seems like it was thrown together at the last minute. It's not a bad song altogether, but it doesn't do much for me.

In other words, I completely disagree with Ifsixwuz9.

The beat, the guitars (especially the on in your right ear, this one you hardly hear when played on a normal home HiFi-set), and feel those lyrics.....

The ending of that song is total coitus interruptus.
