"murder on the dancefloor" was one of her songs I remember.

I always thought that would be a good follow up title to Jacko's "blood on the dancefloor" biggrin

I knew I'd find you here, Mr Hammer. You're the patron saint of naff songs. You must have box sets of Kylie Minogue outtakes and the lost Bros album. Eeeeee-YO! lol

Actually "Murder on the Dancefloor" is ok .... when you're completely wasted and swear the bar stools are making eyes at you. wink

He says that he doesn't get Kylie fans, so he doesn't have the box set but I might be interested in it. I must admit that I really loved "Murder..." but thinking back on it, it's not all that great however I would still be interested in getting the album just to hear some decent dance music. In the states, there are a lot of dance releases but since there are no dance singles on the radio, it's very hard to judge what is good. I think I listened to a few samples of the album and thought it was good.

It must of been "take me home" (it was a cover right?) as I thought "u rock my world" came out before "murder on the dancefloor"?

I remember Sophie saying that too. Then u get Justins video looking like "you rock my world"

Yeah, sorry. It was indeed "Take Me Home". It was the same director involved - MJ loved the video so much he wanted to replicate it to very large degree. It didn't come out right, in my opinion.

and the song was based on the hit Rodney Jerkins kept reworking in 1999. The Boy Is Mine. If You Had My Love. If I Told You That. etc. Unfortunately MJ, it didn't come out until 2 years after this same-song-by-a-thousand-names had burnt out.
