Your favorite music video ever!

What's your favorite music video that you can watch over and over?

Mine is "Go With The Flow" by Queens Of The Stone Age. I'm not really a fan of them, but goddamn, I love this video.

I suppose it's rather typical, but I'd have to say Thriller. I still can recall the feeling I got when I first saw it at 9-years-old. I have gotten that very few times since.

Oh, I'm sure Myron's already done that many times. lol We always do a lot a jazz as well. biggrin He'll usually do a tongue-in-cheek "ode to" say, Bob Fosse, Bejart, Jerome Robbins, etc. so I'm sure Michael Jackson has been added in at some point. lol

I don't know if I have a "favorite"; there are too many that I still sit up and take notice of when VH1 Classic plays 'em. My list would probably have Take on Me, Justify My Love, Tonight Tonight, Ashes to Ashes, Perfect Drug, and Enjoy the Silence on it, though.

I used to love that video, but I think it's cuz I had the hots for David Gahan.

lol I think that's probably what keeps the video for Justify My Love so high amongst my favorites.

Don't really watch music videos very often nor have I seen the videos of the group i'm gonna mention.
It's really just an excuse to pimp the folks that were involved with it. Knowing they were involved means it had to be good.

The Group: His Name Is Alive
The Videos: Are We Still Married & Can't Go Wrong Without You

Why would they be good? Because the super stop-motion animators...

...The Brothers Quay were involved.

Just wanted to give props to some of my favorite video directors:

Mark Romanek (Madonna's Rain and Bedtime Story, Janet's Got Til it's Gone and Scream, Nine Inch Nails' Closer and Perfect Drug, REM's Strange Currencies)

Anton Corbijn (Too many Depeche Mode videos to count; U2's Please, One, and Electrical Storm)

Jean Baptiste Mondinio (Madonna's Justify My Love, Human Nature, and Open Your Heart, Don Henley's Boys of Summer)

David Fincher (Madonna's Express Yourself, Oh Father, Vogue, Bad Girl; Paula Abdul's The Way that You Love Me and Straight Up; George Michael's Freedom 90; Aerosmith's Janie's Got a Gun)

Floria Sigismondi (Marilyn Manson's Tourniquet and Beautiful People)

Jonathan Davis/Valerie Faris (Smashing Pumpkins' 1979, Perfect, Tonight Tonight and Janet Jackson's Go Deep)

Jake Scott (REM's Everybody Hurts, Smashing Pumpkins' Disarm, Live's Lightning Crashes)
