It's a f*cking court thread! Could we please calm down the plastic talk?

Some interesting facts:

- Dan Arbrams is reporting that Gavin accused his mother of abusing him
- DA Office motion to look into Sony/ATV files

First of all, this guy seems to be one hot teenager! Screwed by his whole family and then now MJ. eek

We even get to the point where Sneddon gives us a glimpse of his real interest.

He's a Preverbial vampire
Ultraviolet rays can kill him, thus the umbrella man is always by his side(it isn't because of pure laziness, that would be P-diddy)

Sun rays can also damage more of his skin and cause to have a higher risk of skin cancer

he def needs a high prescription of sun block

Thanks for the info.

Wow, where did you hear that? Just proves once more, how ridiculous this case is.

Right on! People still acting like it's the first time they've seen Michael with a light complexion. This isn't 1987 folks. wink

QUESTION GUYS. If MJ gave Gavin an alcohol, wouldn´t it kill him, since he´s supposed to have had cancer, one kidney and all the other health issues?

I'm really not keeping up with this. I hope MJ (and everybody, for that matter) geta a fair trial, but everyone seems to have a made-up mind already.

I've been an MJ fan since I dropped from the womb, and I've heard and remember all the rumors (as far back as the first one that he takes hormone pills to keep his voice high), all the lies MJ himself told (which is why I don't listen to damned thing he ever says), the face butchering, etc. I don't care about any of this. All I've ever cared about is the voice, the moves, and the music. Guilty or innocent, that will never change for me.

Dan Abrams is the guy from MSNBC and the motion was released by the court with several other motions.

The human body is a very resilient thing.

I think the point is that it could have damaged him because of his condition. Either way - feeding wine to a kid is not good - and a shocking waste as they don't appreciate it.

You are Correct the human body is resilient... but
Alcohol is a Tumor Promoter and a Carcinogen,
Something Potent like wine, Will def Spread the Cancer at a quicker pace depending on the type of cancer it is!

Plus i think The D.A.'s time frame is off as well
I think by than Gavin had already beat the disease, I could be wrong though

if its during the disease, than Defense can get a cancer specialist to speak on thier behalf saying that Alcohol, especially something as potent as Wine can definetly endanger the child towards death

I agree that the cancer would not have been helped by giving the kid wine but I don't think a defence would be able to use it. Wouldn't make MJ look any better and they couldn't exactly say "hey, the kid's alive so he didn't get fed wine" could they?

The suggestion is a little "off the wall" if you pardon the pun.

It depends how the Defense maps how to attack this paticular Allegation

All is needed is a timeline of the childs cancer, If the cancer is decreasing during the dates of the alleged "Abuse" , that can help convince a jury that he didn't administer a toxin, jurys like to see experts explain, things
Cancer can very well be used
but its risky,
Now this doesn't prove whether alcohol was given or not, but it does prove that the alcohol level was not high enough to disturb the cancer breeding from within,
The defense can then turn around, saying that Gavin was found with his brother in the wine celler taking "Sips" of wine, untill being admonished by jacksons guards

Lawyers can twist and tangle things

The kid only has one kidney, so the cancer is rather a moot point. Being a fan i'm reluctant to mention this, there is talk the Grand Jury Testimonies were leaked to the Smokinggun.com by Michael's 'people'. Apparently to get all the bad news out in the open thus tainting the Jury pool and actually lessening the shock value at trial. True or not i don't know.

More bad news, after viewing his interview with Geraldo a second time, i've decided Michael is infact lying about this Tsunami relief record with his brothers. Although it showed footage of him in a recording studio seemingly 'directing' various folks at the mixing desk, he was infact just listening to a playback of 'Beautiful Girl' which appears on his recently released boxset.

Oh dear. sad

Sure its Debateable but either side may take advantage of it

As for the leaked Documents,
I dunno...
Smoking Gun are magicians when it comes to leaking out documents
Then again... Jackson did learn that Stragety From Pellecano, years ago...

It could go either way, i can't comment on it
it is possible though

As for the Tsunami Relief...
I can't comment cause i didn't even know he was going to release one but hey!

That doesn't mean he was lying. I've worked in television and have edited news reports and interviews. That might have been the best B-Roll footage available or that went with the audio. Only a die-hard would notice that discrepancy. There are millions of reasons why certain edit decisions are made, trust me.

i heard 10 members of the jury are parents with small children. Innocent or not, i think Mike's fucked. This jury selection was rushed in my opinion. Apparently Michael wasn't too pleased with Melville and voiced his opinion when the last black person was dismissed.

So out of 450 potential jurors, they could only find 6 Black people in Santa Barbara County?

'Railroaded' alright.

Not Really, it is odd they picked a jury rather quickly

but i find not so odd,

Santa Maria and Santa Barbara, are a very Biased... Community
thus their will be alot of naysayers...

majority of the jurors where chosen mutually

before the trial actually starts, changes to the jury can be made
if jackson feels theirs an unfair advantage and thinks someone Black should be on the jury, he can always have his lawyers to convince melville to throw out another jury pool to add and take away jury's
