Music to Pop Prozac To What are some songs that have literally made you tear up or just start bawling? I'm not talking about your random melancholy love songs, I mean songs that for whatever reason, whether it reminds you of someone who died, or a lost love or the lyrics are just heartbreaking--here are a few of mine in no particular order--especially potent around that *special time* when i'm a just a chaotic bundle of estrogen...
"better days/the grandma song" by diane reeves--makes me think of my grandmother who died a couple of years ago...never fails, i start crying "oh father" by madonna -- the video is so sad that whenever i hear the song, i automatically think of the video and start to tear up...just a little "everybody hurts" by r.e.m. -- if i'm already in a depressed mood, this one doesn't help "condition of the heart" by uknowwho -- not a great song to listen to after u've been dumped... "how do you mend a broken heart" by al green (as well as the bee gees) -- i made the mistake of listening to this song at the end of a relationship couldn't hold it in "stardust" originally by hoagy carmichael, but also by nat "king" cole -- very touching lyrics "are you lonesome tonight" by elvis -- admittedly i would have to be really depressed to let this one influence me...but hey... "come back to me" by janet jackson -- ok, u gotta pay minor lip service to the psychotic, ravenous janet fans of the org, but it still kinda chokes me up ok...i've shown you the tender side of wpc, what about you???

"Tender Love" - Force M.D.'s Just one of the most brilliant songs of all time, and I do want to cry at the end..but I dont all the way get there.
You Will Know - Stevie Wonder I felt like he was speaking to me the first time I heard iton headphones on the bus. Tears did fall out my eyes and I felt so sorry 4 myself. Whenever Wherever Whatever" Live and album version - Maxwell The first time I heard this song I was sitting at my ex's house on the floor watin 4 him 2 get out the bathroom...BET's Midnight Love video's came on...OH MY GOD. I cried!! I was in tears, that man touched my heart so much I didnt know what to say at the end. I downloaded it off the internet. I listened 2 it and it was the wrong version, "damn this aint the right one" I thought at first. At the end of that one too... IT WAS BETTER. Feels So Right - Janet This will always remind me of my ex boyfriend. It was the first album he bought from me (All For You) when i worked at Sam Goody. He would play that song at night romantically with candles and say 2 me, "this song is about me and you". Then it came on the radio last year in the car by my surprise and all of a sudden I was stuck. I asked my boyfriend to turn it to another station until that song went off! Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.
