Hey, I just noticed your signature. Were you at Bowie's show @ The Chance in Poughkeepsie a few years back?

No, but the quote's from "The French Connection". It's Popeye Doyle's (played by Gene Hackman, who improvised it) signature phrase. It means nothing and everything.

A must-have for all pop fans! Only misses some of her stuff for DeCon era (no Cowboy Style or some kind of bliss) and the ommission of Finer Feelings is a desaster!

I found this one at the discount bin...It's so cool. I love chick rock! thumbs up!

My cd-r copy of Impossible Princess was in such a bad state that I had to replace it with an official version wink

Central Reservation is her best. Her first album, Trailer Park is just about as good.

LCD Soundsystem - LCD Soundsystem

PJ Harvey - B-Sides

Now if I just had a friggin' break from work, I could listen to them.

I've been working such long hours this week, that I haven't had a chance to listen to any of my CDs yet. I will probably give the DFA album a listen this weekend.

I don't think so. I admittedly never purchased any of PJ's b-sides in the past so I'm terribly ignorant when it's concerning them.

Ah, gotcha. There should be some great ones on there though. "The Phone Song", "The Falling" and "Angel" are all killer songs.

That album is getting rave-reviews over here, they call it 'funk-punk' (whatever that is...). I only know the song 'Daftpunk Is Playing At My House', which is a very cool song IMO.

What's the verdict on Franz Ferdinand??? I've been meaning to buy their album for a while but just keep putting it off.

Last three albums I bought were:

David Bowie "Ziggy Stardust...."
Beck "Odelay"
Meshell N'Degeocello "Comfort Woman"
