What gave you that idea?


Well, like most "Greatest" projects, something (from a fan p.o.v.) could've always been better. Such as the inclusion of "Finer Feelings", "Word Is Out". Since it's being 'promoted' as ULTIMATE, I can see why they did disc one. Or they could've opted for something like Madonna's "GHV2". I also think they should've keep the track listing in chronological order according to release. It's a bit "broken" up if you will. Don't get me wrong, I like listening to a bit of the old a bit of the new. But there seems to be no fluidity in the order the tracks have been listed.

Nothing should be called "ULTIMATE" unless it really is! An ultimate box set from MADONNA or KYLIE would be nice though, ***HINT HINT***!!

I swear stock aiken and waterman copied Paula 4 Kylie? Paula Abdul track "state of attraction" sounds just like a kylie track but funkier.

I bought Kylie's Ultimate Kylie, and though her music is catchy, that's all. She doesn't have any substance and lasting appeal like Janet or Madonna do.
Her music doesn't stick for the long term and she's not a great performer either.

I find her to be like an older version Britney except Britney is a pretty good dancer

Late 80's / early 90's cheese gets ragged on because it hasn't stood the test of time. But this is the time period you love (are obsessed with?), so maybe you don't see it.

I thought mkaing it chronologically might have worked better. And the exclusions off the first disc were just way too numerous considering almost everything from the last half of her career that was a hit was included (except for, oddly, "Some Kind Of Bliss", which I think is a great track that for some reason doesn't always get it's due on her hits sets). "Ulitmate Kylie" could have been more ulitmate but wasn't bad. I think the reason they didn't go for a "GHV2" is because they released that "Hits+" CD...so what would they call the set? And should they include the stuff off both "Kylie Minogue" albums?
