Hip to it. My mom dug Teddy when I was a kid. I remember this album. U should also check out "Teddy Live". I bought her that album for Christmas. Those women in the audience were crazy.

I love TP's oldies but goodies... I remember back in the day my first time seeing him was at this club in Los Angeles called the Total Experience. He was new and upcoming. TP’s voice was flowin with sex appeal, and diffidently had the ladies acting a fool over him... He was with Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes. Anyway Harold was having one of those I am the man moments and wanted everyone 2 bow down 2 him, so when he introduced TP the audience went crazy. OMG TP had everyone screaming and standing on table tops in the club. Harold showed his ass that night. He was so jealous of the attention TP received. The chanting of TP, the standing ovations was 2 much 4 Harold 2 handle so he refused 2 sing and walked off stage and never came back. TP gave us a show I’ll never forget. It was diffidently a TKO night lol

Shit, this song was one of the best written Teddy Pedergrass songs around. Hell, it was the ultimate breakup song when you know that you had to cut somebodies ass loose. Dammit, they don't write 'em like that anymore.

My favorite tracks off of this 1980 lp is his cover of Ashford and Simpson's "Is It Still Good To Ya?" and "Take Me In Your Arms Tonight" duet with Stephanie Mills.
