man where've you been pimpin , I'm in desperate need of clarification on some stevie trivia I've kept asking but few people can answer them.
1. If all the instruments on You Haven't Dont Nothin are stevie other than the bass is that him playing the horns? 2. Did he really record between 400-1000 songs in the sessions for innervisions alone? 3.Was it him on the drums on I Wish or Raymond Pounds? 4.Where/when on his albums did he play real guitar or bass? it's so hard to tell a lot of the time. 5.What was the tracklisting to time moves human plays?

Did anyone hear the song he played at the Tsunmai Relief show that was televised by NBC.? I thought it was incredible & it sounded like a new joint w/ Indie Arie in tow. Anyone see/hear it & know the origin?

Hmmmm...you've got me on some of these and, unfortunatelly, I don't have my credits right in front of me, but I'll answer them to the best of my ability and get back with you if I find anything different.

1. If all the instruments on You Haven't Dont Nothin are stevie other than the bass is that him playing the horns? More than likely, it was his Wonderlove horn section at the time (Steve Madaio and Trevor Laurence) 2. Did he really record between 400-1000 songs in the sessions for innervisions alone? Haven't heard that one, but I wouldn't doubt it. 3.Was it him on the drums on I Wish or Raymond Pounds? Raymond, but like Prince, Stevie basically told him how he wanted it played lick for lick, so that it sounds like his drumming. 4.Where/when on his albums did he play real guitar or bass? it's so hard to tell a lot of the time. From my understanding, if Stevie doesn't use a live bass player, he handles most of it himself from the keyboard (namely the Moog) 5.What was the tracklisting to time moves human plays? Huh?

It was only so long I could listen to "Black Orchard" skipping over every other line in the song! I honestly just don't see how anyone can mark this album off as Stevie's "worst" when clearly the man has never created anything close to this album since then. He took a good three years off after releasing SITKOL to go into a "zone." Take away the lyrics (as most of them are referring to plants) and you've got a masterpiece worthy to be placed up with Bach or Beethoven, IMO. As much as I love "Overjoyed," I can only imagaine how even more awesome it would've sounded if he in fact included it on The Secret Life along with the host of other outtakes from that period. I can only imagine.

1. More than likely, it was his Wonderlove horn section at the time (Steve Madaio and Trevor Laurence)-Why weren't they credited on the CD liner notes, or do the CD versions just suck in terms of information 2.Haven't heard that one, but I wouldn't doubt it-I indirectly heard that from a biography of stevie by some guy whose name escapes me 3. Raymond, but like Prince, Stevie basically told him how he wanted it played lick for lick, so that it sounds like his drumming. -The reason I asked is because someone pointed out that stevie offhandly said that he didn't credit for the drums on that song on the classic albums series special on songs in the key of life. However when I saw it that's not what I thought he said, but who knows. 4.Where/when on his albums did he play real guitar or bass? it's so hard to tell a lot of the time. The reason I asked this one was because of the big stevie vs. prince debate a long time ago which essentially boiled down whether or not stevie could or ever has played a real guitar or bass. People cited the stevie ray vaughan incident on MTV, but I was more interested in knowing if there were instances on record (the ones people on the stevie side cited "let's get serious" by jermaine jackson and "it's a shame" by the spinners) 5.What was the tracklisting to time moves human plays? wasn't this the name of the cancelled album that would've preceeded in square circle? or did I get the name wrong?[b]Huh? Probably the same reason why Susaye Green isn't credited as the female background vocalist on "Have A Talk With God" and to this day, people still believe it's Stevie singing that soprano part. The man's got a serious vocal range, but not to the point of singing as high as Mariah Carey breaking glasses and s#!t. 2.I indirectly heard that from a biography of stevie by some guy whose name escapes me 3. I do know that in The Spinners box set, Chrome Collection, there was a huge debate over the guitar-sounding clavinet on "It's A Shame" saying that it was a session guitarist, but G.C. Cameron made it clear that it was, in fact, Stevie playing the clavinet and the way he had the instrument arranged and mic'd had people believing it actually was a guitar. 5.Wasn't this the name of the cancelled album that would've preceeded in square circle? or did I get the name wrong? Not sure.

Not according to The Spinners linear notes. All I've ever heard about that track was the supposed controversy over the guitar-sounding clavinet.
