Shaving cream and a razor. Why was Ricky Martin looking like he just got out of bed, put on his jacket and went straight to the Grammys. I can't believe this is the same guy I and many other women was feenin' over at the 99 Grammys and the rest of 99 and 2000. I thought he was sexy.

Plus you don't hear any new music from him except I'm aware he released a Spanish album last year. I also learned not long ago that he no longer has his Miami restaurant. Poor Ricky. Pretty Ricky what they called him.

Yeah I think Ricky is rebelling against his starmaking turn of a few years ago. He didn't even bother putting out an english language album last time out. And he's not dieting like a madman.

I didn't mind Ricky that much. He might not have been the greatest artist but he was a great star.

I saw Ricky on Oprah not long ago and he said hes been doing charity work for a couple of years mainly overseas. He said he felt it was something he had to do and will continue. I thought it was very sweet and honest.

I have to say that when the Latin explosion was going on Ricky Martin was the one that got the most hype and by me being a fan of his I did expect alot out of him as an artist. Not as a live act or stage presence, but more songs. Remember when Chris Rock joked about him on 99 VMAs about Ricky singing the same old song, at first I was embarrased for him and I was like Chris leave Ricky alone, but it ended up being true. If he wasn't sing Vida Loca, it was Maria, if not Maria, it was The Cup of Life or Loaded. I just anticipated more, but he says he is going on tour this summer, maybe we will hear more music and more songs from and not the same ONE over and over.

*Does anyone know why his restaurant Casa Salsa went out of business. Was the food not good? Was the service not good? or did Ricky decide that he didn't want to stay in the restaurant business? I just found out last year that it had been gone for 2 years.
