Most of u would love to rag on this album.

U heard "she"? One of the best newjack tracks of all time.

The single "nothin' (that compares to you)" is "tender lover" good too.....

I'm actually gonna fly across the ocean and kick your butt if you tell me this is the best Jacksons material.

You’re missing three albums from that awful list.

I got 'em, don't think much of 'em. Particually "going places", which is overproduced dullness. BUT "EVEN THOUGH UR GONE" is classic.

Oh yeah. "ben" is alright live I guess. Thats it.

I can take the medley too. Mike doesn't like the old stuff apparantly?

Not that I'm a huge fan (if even a fan) of the Jacksons, but 2300 Jackson St and Victory as your #1 and #2 Jackson's albums!!?? Well, you got State of Shock and Torture on Victory. You've got One More Chance which Janet saved from mediocrity, and 2300 Last Ditch Dr, which even Latoya knew enough to stay away from. Some strange choices, to say the least.

lol To each his own, I guess!

Destiny->Off The Wall->Triumph->Thriller: MJ's creative peak imo. Every album just got better and better. All of these albums were funky, creative and most of all FUN. Michael seemed like he was having as much fun recording these songs as we did listening and dancing to them.

I think Thriller just got TOO big and everything after sounded like he was trying too hard to make a hit.

I agree with above. 1978-1982 was Michael's peak, vocally and artistically.

I'm going to have to disagree about "artistically". "Bad" and "Dangerous" have a less organic sound but they are far more thematically diverse and self-written.

I agree that those are all great, but Triumph better than Off the Wall? hmph!
