bitter? no? im going to go cry now.... Agreed. Bitter & Comfort Woman are my FAVORITES. People think I'm a depresso for loving Bitter but it is so beautifully crafted. Meshell is so touching with that warm vocal tone and heartfelt lyrics.  | |

I have to admit i was only feeling a few songs when i first bought this album when i came out, and now i can't believe i slept on how good it was.
it's hard to say which one of meshell's releases would u label a classic and others just another release. i love them all! | |

She's far too deep and unwilling to play the games that is required to be a so called "Big star".... Also, I believe Maverick has collapsed. She is releasing a jazz cd soon under another label. | |
