Michael Jacksons most beutiful song...........

is one u cannot buy!!! Anyone got the "dangerous home videos" collection? Well there is a pepsi advert that has Michael at a piano singing an adult version of "i'll be there".

He sees a young version of himslef (black of course) singing the original version of "i'll be there" and they sing a duet of sorts with eachother. No drums, just piano's being played whilst they both sing.....

Anyway it is gorgeous and it comes from a pepsi ad?? It is, 4 obvious reasons heartbreakingly(?) poignant and beutiful. U don't even get to hear it all as it's an ad only.

Mike see's himslef as a boy then he watches him dissapear again and Mike is left alone at the piano.....spine tingling stuff.....

I want it.....I've looked for pictures but cannot find any. Even if ur not a fan it works on so many levels.....seriously he shoulda released the song onto an album.

Oh my god..that is weird..i remember a tear came in my eye when I saw that. It was so sad and disturbing to me. I saw his lil' self in the hallway, and then seeing him pale on the piana not the boy he once was. It was just so sad and the rendition of it was beautiful.

The Dangerous Video collection is awesome!

Really? Cool.....I wonder why though? Copywright or something? I reckon it was actually a whole song that Mike decided not to bother to release.....damn shame as if he released it as a single now, people would listen and adult radio would be all over it.....

It is a beautiful ad.

Mike actually re-recorded I'll Be There and Never Can Say Goodbye in 1989 for a greatest hits album he was working on (which evolved into Dangerous).

Oh yeah good point.....? Why does Mike do a beutiful song then just decide not to release it? (case in point "for all time"?)

Yeah, Iam glad people know what I'm talking about as it is quite obscure.....I had a tear too when I saw it the other day. i forgot all about the ad.....I think it is after "give in to me" video?

The dangerous video collection is great! "dangerous" is my fav album of his (maybe ever?) and the videos were awesome.....plus u get bonus stuff (which is very rare from Jackson) like the grammies speech and (some of) that amazing Superbowl performance in 1993! I always wished I was there in the crowd that day.....

Also, the collection was the last thing released before the scandel got HUGE with the payoff and all.....sorta like the last "thing" released of the old mega pop star mike.....when the scandel broke, it was sorta like pop music had died in the US.....newjack was oldhat and grundge was truly king.....

I LOVE "SERIOUS EFFECT" Maybe LL was pissed at Mike 4 not releasing it. Maybe LL blagged about it to his mates at the time then he found out it wasn't gonna make "dangerous" so he obviously was pissed at that and kept quiet? I liked his rap too....."i'm serious, making me curious....." something like that? biggrin

just wish i knew what mike was saying in the damn song....- maybe he didn't have "words" yet? it is just a demo {like IN THE BACK}
the music at the end is my favorite part- i can see like, ghouls dancing in a graveyard....

NO not thriller,lol.

oh my god Serious Effect is such a damn funky song!! worship

You gotta get back every rhyme
Gonna jump back
She won't get it
I got a feeling but giving you, I
And I'm so damn
So damn glad about it

I got a feeling
That you're jumping around
Gon' get back
She wont get it
I gotta feeling like jumping around
And I'm so damn
So damn glad about it

Chorus:
Serious effect on me baby
Serious effect on
Serious effect on me baby
Serious effect on
Serious effect baby baby
Serious effect on
Serious effect baby baby
Serious
And im so damn glad about it

I gotta feeling
of giving you, I
Won't jump back
She wont let it
I got a feeling
Like nothing around
And I'm so damn
so damn glad about it

She don't smoke
She don't breathe
She don't hash
She don't dope
But she's a liar
I gotta feeling
Like nothing around
And I'm so damn
So damn glad about it

Chorus

Rap: (LL Cool J)
She's serious
Makin' me delirious
I'm curious
Next thing I know
Hittin' us
Enjoying the animal magnetism
She's to hot to touch
Too cool for criticism
Each and every things like a mini movie being filmed
'Cause im the captain
I'm in a body from hell
I'm shivering, quivering
I smile while im delivering
Get some love and passion
It's never been so intense and spiritual like
Innocence of above, against
And all off in silence
Then I scream like a man
Out of his rich
'Cause I'm so serious
So serious effecting

Chorus
Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.

I got the rap wrong sad ....now iam gonna jam to it again.....did Mike write this on his own? If Mike only released ablums every 2 years then we'd get SO much more.....despite releasing an album every 4 years he is still huge! imagine an album every 2 years? He woulda sold so many more records.....as if he hasn't sold enough? biggrin

i hate to say thisd but when he dies, u'd find thousands of songs I reckon?

Really? He does 100's per album? DAMN.....so thats about 100X4= roughly 400 unused tracks, cut about half as they may be first versions of album material and u got 200 songs all ready to go.....Michael how could u do this to us?
