Jacko's "remember the time". Yay or nay?

Great song. Even if newjack wern't ur thing, the song has a great groove and infectious chorus. Plus the video is still sooooo good! That dancing at the end is incredible!

U even got a good b-side to the single. A full lenth "come together" (not the edited "HiStory" one)

U notice the single cover is from "in the closet"?

It's a great tune! The harmonies and the New Jack thing are really cool, plus having Iman in the video was a plus! razz

great song...i never considered this new jack..it always reminded me of "off the wall" michael...

you would think he would realize who much better his voice sounds when he sings smoothly and minus all the hiccups.....

Mos def the song, it is an MJ classic IMHO. I dig the video for its cameos and for MJ's "kiss" with Iman.

Isn't it amazing how different he looked in that last pic? I hate what he did to himself.

I know, right? I don't care if he was externally no longer black in the Bad and Dangerous eras. He still looked good. But now...

I'll go in with you about this song, one of Mike's recent best songs, along with In the Closet, You are not alone and Butterflies. I know it's difficult to separate Michael the artist and performer away from Michael the public pariah persona and in some ways you can't, but he deserves some props for his song choices.

The song is definitely New Jack, and one of the better ones if you ask me. I wasn't a huge fan of the video (too much of everything), but the song is great. Nice harmonies.

Great song. Unfortunately it didn't make the setlist of the Dangerous tour. If anyone has seen the Dangerous tour rehearsals, there is a nice performance of the song. Mike sings live. Pretty good for a rehearsal.

Yay for the song; nay for the video. Listening to MJ sing about a woman and watching him chase after one are two different things entirely. The song is top notch, though.

Yay, it's a great song biggrin and I loved the video too, didn't they premiere it on regular tv after an episode of The Cosby Show, for some reason I think that was when I got to see it, since I didn't have cable. Someone help me out, am I right about this or is my memory starting to fail me.

Herb Ritts did the cover of the single for RTT. Great photography...he made MJ look great. I've never really gotten over the fact that Michael was casting little egyptians (to run through the scene and be patted on the head) and he didn't call ME lol , but the video was great even without my presence. Great song, brings back a lot of memories for me. Nice groove, smooth voice and the vocal licks and rolls towards the end alone put the song in my top ten for MJ.

Great song. Great video.

I remember when this video premiered. It was a huge event and everyone was talking about "the kiss" the next morning. At this point in time, MJ still had the world in his palms.

"Remember The Time", the song, was just OK, nothing really great. The video really got on my nerves. Every video from this album had some sort of celebrity in it. Michael can take an idea and really run it in the ground.

OMG, this looks exceptionally wrong.....

How can David Bowie kiss the lips of a woman who kissed MJ's lips, ewwwww

Anyways the song really didn't grab me. It was ok, just ok. And i don't really like the video either.
