1. First Madonna album you purchased or were given? True Blue

2. First video you remember seeing; and which is your favourite to date? First was "Like A Virgin". It was love at first sight! Favourite is "Like A Prayer". I thought she was wonderful for what she did with that song.

3. Have you ever seen her in concert; which tours and how many times? 3 tours. Girlie Show, Drowned World and Re-Invention. Three of the best nights of my life.

4. Favourite movie? Desperately Seeking Susan

5. Favourite album? Like A Prayer, but I was seriously moved by Ray of Light. It was such a departure for her. That comes in close second.

6. Favourite song? Who's That Girl. Makes me smile whenever I hear it.

7. Best scandal or controversial moment? When she has children and settled down with a man. Everyone was so desperate for her to end up alone and unhappy, as if it would be some sort of punishment for being a strong outspoken woman. It proved to me that you could shake the world up and still be happy at the end of the day.

8. Who would you like to see her do a duet with? Nick Cave

9. MADONNA: 80's, 90's, or 00's? I've been a fan for twenty years so Madonna any time, any day.

10. Would you like to see her do an unplugged set or not? With the right set list, yes.

11. "Love Song" w/ Prince: Loved it or could've been better? Loved it.

12. Immaculate Collection and GHV2: Loved them or could've been better? There were songs missing.

13. Next album: Dance? Electronica? Straight foward pop? Pop please

14. What artist/s do you see a major MADONNA influence in. Besides BRITNEY Gwen Stefani

15. Favourite television moment? "I want to rule the world" on US TV at the start of her career. It was honest.

16. Favourite B-Side? Keep It Together on Vogue, does that count?

17. First single you purchased or were given? Vogue on vinyl.

18. Last single you purchased or were given? Probably Frozen - I'm not a singles girl

19. Last album you purchased? American Life

20. Will you be buying the next one? Hell. Yes

21. You favourite artist overall, or favourite female? Favourite artist. Favourite female. Madonna is an icon.

I agree. I have a bootleg of the Sex video and I think she looks the best in that. Isabella Rosellini shouldn't have been so shy though.

Keep it Together got it's own single release and reached number 10, but didn't stick around long cause it's orgingally planed B-Side was Vogue. WB wanted to use it instead as the lead for I'm Breathless and was tacked on to the end of the album, to ensure that it sold.

Madonna's orginal lyric included "It doesn't matter if you are straight or gay," but since it was going to be released with a Disney movie the Disney people had her change it.

and all of those who say they haven't heard a Madonna B-side i'm sure you prob never heard of the B-side Into the Groove. it's a horrible song.

Yup... it's the shirt she wears in the video and the fencing outfits that she wears that makes you think that. Madonna has been that toned since Rocco. Well Madonna has really been that toned since after her Virgin Tour, which was the heaviest she ever was.

Check the Re-Invention photos she has a very trim body

It ain't the early-'90s glory days. Body-wise, I think she hit the wall 'round the time of the "American Pie" vid (at least that's where I first noticed it).

Well, a still can be misleading. She was still in good shape when Ray of Light was released, but seemed to go downhill pretty quickly after that.

Just had a quick look at the timeline of her career and it looks like the slide began after a last-gasp effort for Swept Away. There is no doubt she's heavier now than she was 5 years ago. Never saw S.A., but the vids for Ray of Light were the last time I recall her looking very slim.

I don't think Madonna is "heavy" at all right now, but she is too toned for me. I thought she was much sexier back in the mid-90's also; nowadays she's way too buff. shrug

i like madonna, but i don't own every single album or song she has. I think she's in pretty tip top shape to be 46 for a pop performer. I say more power to her...I think my favorite song of hers has to be "bedtime story". Followed up with "material girl", "rain", "take a bow", "get into the groove", "cherish" and "crazy for you".
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
