Theme from A Summer Place- Percy Sledge (I just remember summer nights in my backyard as a kid, listening to this song, my mom had it on the radio)

Duke Of Earl - Gene Chandler (reminds me of riding in the back seat of my dad's car,..)

Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weenie Yellow Polkadot Bikini -Sha Na Na ( I had this album and loved this song.. It was my sisters)

AEIOU- I have no clue who sings it, by it always reminds me of my sister..Her singing it when i was little

"I Saw The Sign" by Ace of Base, "Turn The Beat Around" by whoeverthehellremadeitunlessitwasn'taremake, "The Most Beautiful Girl In The World" by Prince, and "Scream" by Michael and Janet Jackson were the absolute jams of my childhood.

I was only born in 1990. shrug

i was born in 82 and i remember hearing a lot of:

Stevie Wonder - Skeletons, Part-Time lover

This song called "i'm only human" by this british group that sounded like a punk r&b, i forget their names

Tears for Fears - Everybody wants to rule the world

Michael Jackson - the whole "bad" album (my mom is a jacko fanatic)

Billy Ocean - Carribean Queen, Suddenly, Get out of my dreams (get into my car)

George Michael - Careless Whisper

The Rocky IV Soundtrack

Jeffrey Osbourne - Why you get so mad about it
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I was born in '83, but how you define small child, exactly? I'm going through about 1990 or so.

Duran Duran - "The Reflex"
Arcadia - "Election Day" (For years - actually, since I first heard the song - I thought it was Duran Duran, thanks to Simon's voice.)
Prince - "Kiss," "Raspberry Beret," "1999"
Sting - "If You Love Somebody Set Them Free," "We'll Be Together"
The Police - "Roxanne," "Message in a Bottle"
Sade - "Smooth Operator," "The Sweetest Taboo"
Kenny G - "Songbird" (always on the smooth jazz station, good lord)
Richard Marx - "Right Here Waiting," "Should've Known Better"
John Cougar Mellencamp - "Paper and Fire," "Cherry Bomb"
Bruce Springsteen - "Tunnel of Love"
Dire Straits - "Money for Nothing"
Jody Watley - "Looking for a New Love"
Billy Idol - "White Wedding"
Johnny Hates Jazz - "Shattered Dreams"
Human League - "Human"
Eurythmics - "Here Comes the Rain Again," "Would I Lie to You," "Sweet Dreams"
Aretha Franklin - "Freeway of Love"
Cutting Crew - "I Just Died in Your Arms Tonight," "I've Been in Love Before"
Thompson Twins - "Hold Me Now"
Culture Club - "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me"
Tears for Fears - "Shout," "Everybody Wants to Rule the World"
Mr. Mister - "Broken Wings," "Kyrie"
.38 Special - "Second Chance"
Erasure - "Chains of Love"
Escape Club - "Wild Wild West"
Genesis - "In Too Deep," "Land of Confusion," "Invisible Touch," "Tonight, Tonight, Tonight"
Phil Collins - the entire "No Jacket Required" album
Madonna - "Material Girl," "Papa Don't Preach," "True Blue," "Vogue," "Open Your Heart"
Paula Abdul - "Straight Up," "Forever Your Girl," "Opposites Attract"
Depeche Mode - the entire "Violator" album
Tiffany - "I Think We're Alone Now"
New Kids on the Block - "Hangin' Tough," "(You Got It) The Right Stuff"
B-52's - "Love Shack" ... hell, the entire "Cosmic Thing" album
Belinda Carlisle - "Mad About You," "I Get Weak"
