how can Lenny get so much airplay for his single LADY? not only is he getting massive hot a/c airplay but he's getting huge top 40 aiplay! Lenny is only a few years younger than Prince and Lenny's latest Album flopped..yet Prince was huge this year and top 40 wouldnt touch any of his songs!....the only thing i could think of here is PAYOLA big time

and got him some airplay but he didnt play like Lenny
has...I could never see Prince doing the Gap ad...

It's all about that Gap bool, the song sucks nuts...

The state of rock music is appalling. Lenny Kravitz is just trying to stay famous...wait to he gets ugly...then he'll start making music with some substance....now he's just good a getting hot chicks...

I think the popularity is because of the tie-in as a Gap jingle.

I am astounded that such a horrible song has such heavy airplay. I dig Lenny's music some, but that song is just garbage.

It affords rich suburbanites the chance to say things like, "I'm not racist - I listen to Lenny Kravitz!"

Somebody at Virgin Records loves Lenny. I don't know of any artist these days that gets a many chances as this guy. I wondering when they are going to give him his walking papers or bring in outside producers or writters.

Does not seem fair that someone with so little talent gets so many shots and Prince can't get a shot on pop radio for anything in this world.

Is Lenny really getting that much airplay. I haven't heard the song on Top 40 (then again, I try to avoid it, since it never seems to change). The song isn't bad but man...that album!
