John Legend to perform with Mavis Staples on Grammy telecast Following 4 weeks at the top of the charts for his major debut Get Lifted, John has been asked to perform at this year's 47th Annual Grammy Awards. The awards show will air on Sunday, February 13th and John will perform "I'll Take You There" alongside Mavis Staples in a special tribute to R&B music.
