Yeah, but I've been a huge fan of her since she released her first
solo single "Human Behaviour".

The fact that she's weird and possibly very very annoying is just
a big plus. That way I can irritate the fuck out of people by just
putting on one of her albums.

That way I get double enjoyment: I get to listen to music I like
and I get to elevate someone's blood pressure by subjecting them
to Bjork's voice and tick them off.

I don't understand what's up with all this "he's weird, she's weird" crap. It's all relative in the end....oh well- I guess I like weird people woot!
I have been known to have that kind of reaction when someone says they don't really like Radiohead or could "take them or leave them" eek I guess since the music and lyrics infect and take over the souls of those who love them- then it's hard to hear others talk down about them. In a strange way- not unlike opinions on Prince....or God....um....I'm going to get alot of flack on that duh lol ...and I don't think I would like an album by Radiohead with nothing but farting & flatulence on it rolleyes lol
If you have to ask, it's more than worth it.

Radiohead are the most pretentious, faux-meaningful claptrap.
Like they want to be Pink Floyd without the talent or the lyrics.
Most of their fans are condescending tools also.

This coming from a Yoko fan. No offense, but I find your description of Radiohead and their fans to be a DEAD-ON description of Yoko and hers. "Pretentious and faux-meaningful claptrap" sums her stuff up quite well.

What have you heard of Ono's work?
