Totally off the subject, but...Isn't this a Thriller-era picture? Was this a re-issue or something?

To answer the question... I don't know if MJ is innocent or guilty, but I don't think he'll be found guilty. I've long since outgrown his music; I find his public persona cloying and self-pitying; and his fans drive me absolutely insane. However, I do hope that the man has a fair trial and afterwards gets the help that he needs.

1. Michael needs to stop being naive.

2. Michael must stop bringing strangers into his life and home.

3. Michael needs to mature himself and his behavior, and stop acting like a kid.

He will be found inocent why, Money & a good Lawyer will keep you out of Jail. Case in point R. Kelly with his history with young girls there's no question in my mind that he's guilty. Same thing with MJ. The kid mother is a nutjob and a golddigger which goes to character amd creditably I know the mother is not on trial but you better believe they are going paint a picture of a dysfuntional family out to get Michael's money. and rememeber folks, jails were built for poor people not the rich.

2pac went to jail and he had money, then again he was lookin forward to itm

i think alot of us have defamed the legal system ever since OJ simpson...

now i know as best as anyone, that the Legal System SUCKS!

really Sucks...

But if this was a murder trial, MJ would have a better chance of being found guilty,

the problem with this case is that its based purely on speculation

there is no solid proof...

its based on the word of a child against a man

thus its a thin line...

Note Child Abuse cases, have the most records for locking up innocent people...

But in the rare chance the child is telling the truth...
and i mean Rare, i believe it will come out ...
cause i am sure if Jackson is indeed guilty,
he'll be knocked down...
Just like those damn Catholic Priest... ( i had to throw that in)

plus it would help if Jordy came and testified
that aint gonna happen though...

Next question: did Robert Blake do it?

I don't know if he really did it or not. What I do know is the first accusation should have freaked him out enough to change his behavior. But NOOOOO, he keeps having kids in his bed b/c "it's the most loving thing you can do!" whofarted Even if he is (by miracle) innocent, he'll always seem guilty.

And fuck all this peter pan shit - he's a grown ass man & wants to get off like anyone else (dick grab, anyone?). I have a VERY hard time believing he's just laughing & giggling w/ little boy after little boy in his bedroom every night neutral

Above all he's needed mental help for YEARS now - put some $ into that instead of lawyers & pay offs to families for keeping quiet...
heart prince I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Thank you for being YOU - my little Princey, the best to EVER do it prince heart

Lets have a poll.

1) Do you think he's innocent or guilty?

No smoke without fire: guilty.

2) What do you think the verdict will be?

Guilty.

I think the more important question is will he get a fair trial?

81% of people polled on the ITV news channel in the UK think not so far.

First of all, I can't possibly give a clear cut answer to the question everybody is asking, whether Jackson is guilty or innocent, or predict.

I have a problem with the question anyway, I don't have a crystal ball, so I can't see into the future or somebody's fate.

As for this case, I've heard numerous stories told from the prosecution's side ONLY, and I haven't heard anything about the defense side of the story thanks to bias media coverage, and leaks.

So it's damn near impossible to give an answer, unlike the OJ trial, there wasn't any gag order, everything was open to discussion.

Is Jackson guilty? Maybe. It's believable. A child molester comes in all forms, your parent, your fav aunt/uncle, older cousin, neighbor, grandparent, or your favorite entertainer etc. He's strange acting, strange looking, he hangs out with a lot of children not related to him.

Is Jackson innocent? Maybe. He's an open rich target. People probably been suing Michael Jackson for years, trying to extort money from him for anything.

But want I don't want to hear: Jackson is guilty because he sleeps with boys. Jackson is innocent because he helped many children. Jackson is guilty because gave that family from 93 $23 mil. Jackson is innocent because the family took the money and ran.

The bottom line is I don't know, I don't know that boy or his family, and I don't know Michael Jackson or his family.

It pisses me off when I hear people talk about "Michael Jackson needs to grow up". They're talking like they know the man personally.

I don't know Michael Jackson, and I'm not going to tell a 47 year old man whom I've never met, and don't know from Adam, what to do with his life or should have done.

And I'll be damned if I'm going to let the media tell me, or influence me who's guilty or innocent.

Good post. Not only that, the point people forget is there was never enough evidence in '93 for a criminal trial, so the Chandlers took it to a civil trial. It's not unusual for civil trials to be settled at all.

The fact this art book published in 1967 that was recovered in 1993 has reared it's head as supposed 'evidence' in this new trial suprises me. It's not child porn by any means, if it was he'd have been charged for possesion back then, and Diane Dimond wouldn't freely be able to wave a copy of it in front of the TV cameras today.

I love Mike, it's a shame that his family perpetuated any negative self image or insecurities about his looks to create his physical appearance today. At the same time I do think he's guilty and will be found guilty.

THAT NIGGA GETTIN LOCKED UP!!!!!

He ain't going to "Camp cupcake" either, it won't be like Martha's imprisonment, it's gonna be tough.

Anyway I think he's guilty because something just doesn't smell right about the whole "Jesus juice", porn. Plus the fact that he admits he didn't have much of a childhood plays right along with pedophillia. When something like tht happens you canget mentally screwed up and attracted to kids, that attraction can become sexual. Maybe he didn't molest that cancer kid (his mom is definitely looking for a payday) but I do think he has molested in the past.

I think you been brainwash by the media.

All the Jackson brothers lost their childhood also. Do they play right along pedophillia?

Sorry but there's no proof of Michael being a sexual person to kids.

Not all the Jacksons lost their child hood. the rest of them were in their teens by the time the group took off. ONly Michael and Marlon had no childhood. Randy didnt join til much later even tho he performed with them from time to time.
