The fate of Michael Jackson: Predict whether he'll be found innocent or guilty?

Lets have a poll.

1) Do you think he's innocent or guilty?

2) What do you think the verdict will be?

I'll start...

1) I think he's innocent.

2) I think he'll be found guilty (I hope I'm wrong). sad

Hrmmph... what a dismal topic, but okay here's what I think:

1) I think he is guilty
2) I think he will be found guilty, but not necessarily "proven".

I hope he is not guilty, though.

1. I think he's guilty (but I wish he wasn't).
2. I think he will be found not guitly. (he'll find a loophole in the evidence or system).

But you visit all the other MJ threads and don't want them to stop. Why do you feel the need to want to stop them when you don't like the topic anymore?

Does anyone really fucking care anymore? Either way he won't go away for good, get psychological help he needs, or make music as good as he used to, so neither outcome can be a good thing. I only hope justice is served.

he has f*cking pubic hair beard on his face
its not like he was trying to butch up lol
he came late to the court session, he probably over slept
Faye probably gave him a shabby make-up

we all take a bad picture, and because of the surgery and the skin condition
bad lighting will do the damage
but if you think thats bad

I think this is pretty relevant. The trial starts next week. It will be a huge event and will affect many people who post here so why not have a thread?

ill barf

Joycelyn Wildenstien is only slightly more scary than this picture.
And that says a whole damne lot.

I think:

1) He's guilty of at least some of the charges
2) He'll be found guilty of at least half of the charges.

Like others, I wish it wasn't true--I simply can't listen to classics like thriller and say "I have to seperate the man from the music". That would be like owning Hitler's Archetectural designs and claiming that I "seperate than man from the art.". Nope. Can't do it.

He'll be found innocent. Miracles happen when high priced lawyers are around!

I don't think he's a pedophile. I do think many of his actions are borderline unlawful, especially when you go with the strictest interpretation of Californian law.

I don't think he'll be found guilty of the charges. I'm somewhat surprised they didn't charge him with child neglect, probably because the mother would be at least as guilty in that case.

Looks to me like he is guilty
& I have no idea what the verdict will be.

Isn't it about time to post MJ's billboard numbers?
That seems to pop up anytime MJ gets a new thread.

In all honestly, I don't know what to think. At one time I was a huge fan of MJ. His music and dance moves were awesome, but over the last 4-5 years I've lost interest in him and anything he does. I still love to listen to his older music, but I'm not the least bit interested in hearing anything about the man anymore. Whatever the outcome of his trial is, the bottom line for me is MJ needs some serious help. He is living in a complete dream world and he desperately needs a dose of reality. I truly believe he needs professional help and he should not be around young boys anymore. I'm not saying he's a pedophile, but is actions and behavior are not right IMHO! I also believe there will be much more damning information that will come out once the trial starts. Although, nothing will shock me as I already think MJ needs serious help.

Guilty, and I can't believe there are people who still think he's innocent, given the evidence that has been released. Wait until the trial starts and the kiddie porn is shown in court.

Having said that, I don't think HE thinks he's guilty. I think he's wacko, and has the mind of a 14-year-old. I mean, when I was 14, I fooled around with other 14-year-olds.

But even if he didn't have sex with those kids, any 40-something guy that enjoys sleeping with other people's kids kind of sets himself up for this sort of accusation.

And any parent who allows their kids to sleep with Michael Jackson is just as responsible for whatever happened. I don't care who he is or how much money he has.

And the bad side of me can't wait for those E! reanactments. biggrin

i dunno where your getting your info,
But Child Pornography was not found in Jacksons premises,
what was found was Artistic books, that have naked children in them
majority of these books ar renaissance like paintings, and Neo-Classic art
there was alos a tape found of jackson bathing his children,
as in actual Pornography
heterosexual Pornography was found, thats about it

if your gonna say mj's guilty come up with better conclusions
im not saying this to defend the man
im saying merely to spare yourself the embarrassment

Nobody should be judging based off of all the porn supposedly found as the majority of the media (YES, including The Smoking Gun-- oooh, what a fitting name for such a reliable source, no? wacky) always like to twist the truth and the juries have not tackled it yet.

There is far too much extortion evidence (anybody remember THIS article?: http://www.buttonmonkey.c...scher.html) and far too many holes and dodgy backstories and family histories in both cases to be ignored. I'm surprised people would rather overlook them all in favor of the same old petty circumstantial evidence and hearsay.

And honestly, what kind of pedophile clasps a young boy's hand and openly admits he sleeps with children on national television?
