Happy Birthday, Miss Baker!! Today, Anita Baker turned 47 years old. Right now, she is my absolute favorite singer. There is not a day that goes by where I am not listening to her. All props to the Songstress, a real soul singer.

Happy Birthday, Ms. Anita!!! I saw her in concert and she is phenomenal!!! Anita is nominated for two Grammy Awards. Pray she receives them!!! She hasn't missed a beat. It's as if she has not disappeared from the music scene for 11 years. Besides all of her music, including her new CD, she rips the s----- out of Carly Simon's jam, You Belong to Me!!! You Bring Me Joy, Body and Soul, and Giving You The Best That I Got rips me up emotionally me up to this day!!! Lennytunia | |
