I bet it's a case where Harrison wrote the music (from what I've heard is mostly made up of samples). It's going to be hard for Usher to claim he wrote a certain part of the song. Im downloading it from WinMX now and yes the whole entire drum beat and horn section was kept in J.Lo's version. The chorus is better on hers. It probably wouldve been a BAD idea for Usher to include this on Confessions cuz it is not a very good tune.
