The last time I watched the Grammys (not counting last year when Prince was performing) was probably back around '84 when Michael Jackson won a bunch of them.

I really liked Celine Dion's 1996 or 97 performance of "All By Myself". The staging was so elegant and her vocals were through the roof. She really had the audience in the palm of her hands. They had some sort of satin fabric floating on the stage with wind whipping through it and she came down a long stair case. It was high drama. I think that show was held at Madison Sq Garden in New York.

Im sure that we all remember this Bob Dylan fan.

Janet's performance is a soft spot for me.

And I agree with whoever said Graceland was a great album. I was beginning to think I was the only one on here to think so.

No one asked but the worst has to be TLC croaking out "Waterfalls".
