What exactly do you want translated? The lyrics basically paint a step by step picture of what happens between a couple where the man is abusive and has a gun fetish.
Prince (the voyeur) in song is torn between wanting to save the woman, but at the same time admits that he's secretly turned on by what he's witnessing. The song ends in whatever way you the listener wants it to end. Either the woman finally the pulls the trigger to end her suffering in the abusive relationship or either the man finally "cums". In either case the womens tears head down towards her smile because the ordeal is over.
