Your Current Guilty Pleasure

My current guilt please is "Lets Get Blown" by Snoop and Pharrell.
Its intoxicating and addicting even though the lyrics are moronic.
Watch the video here:http://www.nobodysmiling..../79509.php
Chad and Pharrell's production save Snoop every time!

I ain't embarrassed to admit it. smile It's got a fun, trashy dance vibe going. I've got her greatest hits CD and I often put it on before I go out. Love the song "Touch me."

Actually, Samantha Fox has more than one Greatest Hits CD available. I don't own any, but when I see her on the shelf, I tend to pause for a minute to check out the...tracklistings. innocent

Anyway, "Let's Get Blown" is probably the one for me right now, too. That track is great! I thought Snoop had lost his mind when he released the moronic and monotonous "Drop It Like It's Hot". Why would you release garbage like that when you've got tracks like "Let's Get Blown" on your record? shrug

That "garbage" was a monster hit in the states so releasing it first was probably a good decision.

Yes, I know -- somebody knew what they were doing. It's hardly the first time something I didn't like topped the charts, and I'm sure it won't be the last. lol

I still think it's garbage though. wink

I'll agree with that. It's not as if the majority of the public are very picky about what they listen to now anyway. lol They'll just eat up whatever crap is released and say it's great.

I have to say that I laughed out loud when I heard that song. It's just comical. I couldn't believe it was serious.

Hey, I'm not a big fan of the song either, but if you're going to ask why it was the first single, the answer should be obvious.

Hall & Oates is defintely one of my guilty pleasures. I bought some 2-disc greatest hits import not too long ago and love listening to it. Of course, every time someone is looking through my CD collection they say something like "You have Hall & Oates?!!!"
