Singer D'Angelo is in trouble with the law again. Michael Archer, better known as Grammy Award winning R&B artist D'Angelo, was arrested in Chesterfield Sunday for felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated.

Archer appeared in court two years ago on a separate charge. He is currently out on bail and is scheduled to return to court on January 18th.
