It's all about "The Word Is Out" and "Jody" written about Jody Watley. They used to dance together on Soul Train...

Anybody else notice a similarity between this song and the video remix of 'When I Think of You' by Janet? Don't know which song came out first, but they remind me strongly of each other.

I used to have both Jermaine's "Frantic Romantic" and "Say It Again" LPs. I bought the latter for the Andre Cymone tracks, but thought overall the album was a bit of a letdown. I still have a few of his 12" singles.

I didn't know Andre Cymone worked with Jermaine Stewart. I'm going to have to pick that one up. biggrin

The question is, is it better then "I wanna dance with somebody" by Whitney houston?

That's cool.....I had no idea! I say he has an even better voice then Boy George. Just a shame he didn't have more hits.....

"Jody"used to be my jam. I still bump Frantic Romantic sometimes.

I have the 45 of "The Word Is Out" with "Month Of Mondays" on the b-side.

I like it, especially the 12 Inch version, but it's not a one hit wonder. Jermaine Stewart had a jam out in 1984 called "The Word Is Out" which I like much better.

Oh Shit!! That's exactly what I was thinking! Yep, Right On! nod worship
