Smith The Associated Press Updated: 5:21 p.m. ET Oct. 26, 2004 LOS ANGELES - “Solo Star” singer Solange Knowles, little sister of Beyoncé, has given birth to a baby boy, according to her publicist. Knowles, 18, gave birth in Los Angeles to Daniel Julez J. Smith on Oct. 18, said Marcus R. Harris of Music World-Sanctuary, which manages Knowles, Beyoncé and other artists. “The whole family is very excited about their new gift of life,” Harris said Tuesday. Knowles wed Daniel Smith, a college football player, in a ceremony in the Bahamas in February.
