Yo Ready C, Man, Play Sanford & Son One of my fave rap tunes from the mid 80s is still Rock the House by DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince. Say what you will about how tired most of his 90s stuff is; I will agree with you. But his early stuff, like this and most of the tracks off of the album of the same name are a lot of fun. I can't tell you how many kids in my school were walking around beat boxing the Sanford & Son them...then doing it underwater. It was like his own little version of La Di Da Di.

I liked their version of "i wanna rock"
"boom (shake the room)" is still a classic. Apparantly the "house party" francise was intended 4 them 2, and not kid n play. Seems hard to imagine.....
