Ok im 11 years late but i need something cleared up

Ok so when MJ was first accused of child molestation in 1993, LaToya lashed out through the media saying shit like her brother should stay away from kids. So she basically didn't support him

Then she made a comment how she was molested as a kid by her father.....
Did Joe Jackson really molest latoya or was she just an attention whore.....

Can someone clear up this story a little

i doubt we'll ever know the truth from the Jackson family

Did you read Toya's autobiography? She had wild stories in there, some that she has since denied, saying she was under pressure from her ex-husband to sensationalize shit.

She really was an attention whore back then, so I tend to take whatever she claimed 10 years ago with a grain of salt.

What Latoya said about the abuse was that her father molested her and possibly Rebbie too, but not Janet. Janet got defensive when Latoya made these claims, and Latoya basically said "you were too young to remember the abuse", as if Joseph shaped up by the time Janet was born. But Janet's 1996/1997 depression, where she was dealing with demons from "her childhood" made me wonder what she might have gone through.

This is all intensely personal Jacksons stuff though, and should probably remain a mystery for people who merely enjoy them as musicians and entertainers.

anyone remember in the late 80's and early 90's when LaToya and her crazy ass husband would appear on Geraldo about once a month? i loved that.
